Machine Introduction:

The 35-36 horsepower adopts a ductile cast integrated gearbox, which has three forward gears and one reverse gear for both travel and rear power output in the same gearbox.

The working gearbox adopts full gear transmission to drive the operation of agricultural tools.

The driving wheel is made of steel through heat treatment, which is sturdy and wear-resistant.

The machine adopts a single side design with 1 driving wheel, 4 supporting wheels, 1 top wheel, and 1 tensioning wheel. The tensioning wheel of the supporting wheel is produced by a CNC machining center, increasing the diameter and thickening the wheel edge.

Two steel bearings and rubber oil seals are installed in each wheel to enhance the flexibility of the wheel. The oil seal can prevent impurities such as soil from entering the wheel and extend the service life of the wheel.

The sheet metal parts of the machine are made of thickened steel platesof T6 or above, which are sturdy, durable, and not easily deformed.

The left and right steering adopts a pull rod mechanism, which is easy to operate and not easily damaged or malfunctioning.

The track is composed of rubber + steel wire + iron skeleton. The track has a large area attached to the ground, strengthens the friction force, makes the steering and walking more flexible, and does not cause problems such as rollover and tilt.
